Excelsior Jamaican water crackers have been part of my household since as long as I can remember. I used to put a bit of butter and guava jam on a cracker and plow through one after another. The ways to eat them are limitless. You can of course eat them as you would any other cracker with cheese or topped with some the jam of your choice but Jamaicans often also eat them with more savory proteins like steamed fish or as a side starch to a variety of dishes.
They are not always easy to find in New York but my luckily local grocery that I get all my Jamaican goods from carries them. And they are of course, like most things, available on Amazon.
